The second step is wire selection. There are so many choices of wire, cotton tire cord, chinlon cord thread, steel wire cord thread, nylon cord thread, carbon fiber cord thread and so on. Cotton tire cord is low in strength, and need multiple layers to produce. In general, we often use chinlon cord thread since it has high strength.
